We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or reschedule of your appointment. Please note there is a $79 + tax 'no show' or 'late of cancecllation' fee for this appointment. A credit card is required at the time of booking. It will NOT BE CHARGED unless you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours before your appointment.
About the cleaning: We will clean the dress before renting and it's included in the cost of the rental (The extra fee will be charged if dry cleaning is required). Just simply drop it back to us when you finish with it.
